Condyne Capital Partners and Polar Design Build announce that the erection of structural steel has commenced on the 60,000SF Building 12 at Bluestar Business Park in Norton, MA.

48 Leonard Street will feature 60,000SF, 32’ clear heights, store front glass entry, (17) 9’x10’ insulated dock doors, (14) trailer storage spaces, 35,000lb hydraulic dock levelers, and 1 drive in ramp. The exterior will feature a glass store front entrance, full landscaping with well irrigation and 51 parking spots.

The Park’s location in a business-friendly section of Southeastern Massachusetts is poised to fuel economic growth in an area with a strong regional labor base attracted to work opportunities close to home.

BlueStar Business Park puts a priority on mitigating high-tech energy consumption. Efficient buildings reduce greenhouse gases and accommodate charging stations for electric cars, which make up an increasing percentage of vehicles on the road. Accessible solar power keeps natural gas and electric consumption low, despite the power needs of the Park’s innovative residents.
