13 Jul Condyne Executes Second Lease With Wayfair
Condyne Capital Partners, LLC announced that it has executed a new 62-month lease between tenant, Wayfair, LLC, and landlord Leonard Street B5 Owner LLC within the Bluestar Business Park located at 19 Leonard Street in Norton, MA.
Wayfair is one of the world’s largest destinations for home goods. Offering expert customer service and interior design skills, they continue to develop tools to make shopping and decorating easier and fun! Wayfair carries one of the largest online selections of furniture and home décor to satisfy every budget and style including brands from: Joss & Main, AllModern, BirchLane and Perigold.
Wayfair is one of the major tenants at 19 Leonard Street where they will utilize 110,000 square feet for its high bay fulfillment center. Condyne Construct, Inc in conjunction with Polar Design Build, Maugel & Associates, CEG Engineering, LLC, CBC Associates and Flood Consulting have outfitted the building with 21 rear loading docks, 32-foot clearance, custom warehouse windows, HVLS ceiling fans and trailer storage.
Real Estate Brokers: John Lashar and Danielle Simbliaris, of CBRE, represented the landlord. Financing was organized through Middlesex Savings Bank.
Bluestar Business Park and the new Wayfair fulfillment center is conveniently located in the Southeastern submarket of Boston off Route 495.
