23 Jun Condyne Executes 87,771 Square-Foot Lease with Pitney Bowes Global Logistics in Bluestar Business Park
Condyne Capital Partners, LLC announced that it has executed a new long-term lease between tenant Pitney Bowes Global Logistics LLC and landlord Leonard Street B4 Owner LLC within the Bluestar Business Park at 15 Leonard Street in Norton, MA.

Pitney Bowes Global Logistics will be an occupant in Building No. 4 where the organization will utilize 87,771 square-feet for its operations. With an 8,000 square-foot office including conference room, operations room, and conference space. In addition to the office space the site boasts 15 loading docks, battery charging, compressors, and electric connections to its conveyor system and an additional parking area for last mile delivery vans and trailer distribution.
Real Estate Brokers: John Lashar and Danielle Simbliaris, of CBRE, represented the landlord while Mike Cook of CBRE Indianapolis represented the tenant. Financing was organized through Middlesex Savings Bank.
