The business park will also boast paths for walking and running, with remaining areas zoned for the development of recreational fields. Portions of the park are slated to remain as open public land so residents can access the Canoe River, including a boat drop-off and designated area for parking.
Finally, there is a proposed public transportation bus stop included in the master plan for access tot he regional trains, downtown Mansfield, Taunton, and Norton. This bus service will provide access to a large labor pool.
