Condyne Executes 200,000 Square-Foot Lease with Yale Appliance in BlueStar Business Park

Condyne Capital Partners, LLC announced that it has executed a new long-term lease between tenant, Yale Appliance, and landlord, Leonard Street B9 Owner LLC within the BlueStar Business Park at 42 Leonard Street in Norton, MA.

Yale Appliance is a family-owned top-quality home appliance, plumbing fixture and lighting showroom/retail center.  For almost 100 years, Yale Appliance has been a household name around the Boston area offering brands like: Bosch, KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, Thermador and more.  Make your appointment and be met with first-rate customer service; from sales to financing and delivery.

Yale Appliance will be the sole occupant in Building No. 9 where the organization will utilize 200,000 SF for its operations. With 28,000 SF of office and support area, 12,000 SF showroom, additional mezzanine and 180,000 SF of high bay warehouse, 47 loading docks, 2 drive in doors and additional parking area for last mile delivery vans and trailer distribution will comprise Yale Appliance’s new corporate headquarters and fulfillment center.  This location will serve all of New England. It is expected Yale will employ between 90 – 120 at this location.

Condyne Capital Partners and partner, Polar Design Build, have contracted the help of DiPrete Engineering, Maugel DeStefano Architects, CEG Engineering LLC, CBC Associates and Flood Consulting for the overall design of the building and its grounds.
