12 Jul Polar Design Build, Inc completes 100,000 SF Last Mile Distribution Center for The Home Depot at Bluestar Business Park

Norton, MA – Polar Design Build, Inc. has announced the completion of a 100,000 SF last mile distribution facility that will be occupied by The Home Depot.  Located at 40 Leonard Street, the distribution facility features 32’ clear heights, tilt-up concrete panels, 25 dock doors, 1 drive in bay and fully outfitted office and breakroom spaces.

Polar Design Build, Inc. acted as the general contractor for the project.  They have tapped DiPrete Engineering, Maugel DeStefano Architects, Flood Consulting, CBC Engineers and Nelson Worldwide for the project.
